Unique in Germany, the Jena inclination-oriented medical course JENOS offers students the opportunity to set priorities according to their inclinations. In addition to a compact core curriculum, students in the second part of the course will choose one of the lines of clinic-oriented medicine, outpatient-oriented medicine or research-oriented medicine as an elective subject. Interdisciplinary and patient-oriented teaching makes JENOS a modern and practice-oriented medical course that optimally prepares the students for later career entry.

By joining the UCAN network, the Medical Faculty Jena is supporting the switch from paper-based to tablet-based exams, for OSCEs too. Another important aspect is the exchange with the other UCAN partners and the joint further development of the exam tasks.
